DY's project, “Development of Hydrophobically Modified PVA Nanocomposite Coatings and Overseas Market Expansion,” has been approved for funding by the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Industrial Development Administration.
The project focuses on PVA nanocomposites, hydrophobic modification, and coating technologies while integrating overseas market development to increase the application value and international competitiveness of high-performance materials.

DY submitted its “Development of Hydrophobically Modified Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) Nanocomposite Coatings and Overseas Market Expansion” project to the Industrial Development Administration's 2025 Overseas Market Competitiveness Program. Following review, the project was approved for a government grant of NT$2.7 million.
The project commenced on April 21, 2025, and focuses on PVA nanocomposites, hydrophobic modification, and coating-technology development while integrating overseas market expansion to increase the application value and international competitiveness of the technology.
